1General Provisions

In order to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, and relevant laws and regulations, and protect the environment, the "Responsibility System for Hazardous Waste Pollution Prevention and Control" is specially formulated. Following the work policy of "prevention first, combination of prevention and remediation" in environmental protection and the "three simultaneities" regulations, we aim to achieve synchronous planning, implementation, and development of production, construction, and environmental protection, and realize the organic unity of economic, social, and environmental benefits.

2Scope of application

2.1This system applies to the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution at Yantai Zhichu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Fuan Pharmaceutical Group.

2.2The company leader is the first person in charge of the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution, and bears comprehensive leadership responsibility for the environmental protection work of the entire company, guiding it to steadily move forward.

3Responsibilities

Establish a leading group for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution, led by the general manager and composed of leaders from various departments, to make decisions, supervise, and coordinate the company's environmental protection work.

Members: Heads of various functional departments and production workshops

4Management requirements

4.1The Ministry of Environmental Protection is the centralized management department for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution, responsible for the daily management of the company and implementing goals and tasks to relevant responsible workshop departments.

4.2According to the principle of "managing production must also manage environmental protection", each production workshop bears comprehensive leadership responsibility for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution in their respective departments.

4.3Company employees should consciously abide by the factory regulations and various environmental protection provisions of environmental management, and reduce the amount of hazardous waste generated during the production process.

4.4The collection, storage, and transfer of hazardous waste must comply with relevant national and company regulations.

4.4.1It is prohibited to dump or store hazardous waste into the environment.

4.4.2It is prohibited to mix hazardous waste with non hazardous waste for collection, storage, and transfer.

4.4.3The collection, storage, and transfer of hazardous waste should use containers and packaging materials that meet the standards.

4.4.4Containers and packaging materials for hazardous waste, as well as places for collecting, storing, and transferring hazardous waste, must be marked with hazardous waste identification signs.

4.4.5The company should develop preventive measures and emergency plans for hazardous waste pollution accidents, and conduct regular accident drills. In the event of a hazardous waste pollution accident or other sudden events, the company shall eliminate or reduce the pollution hazards to the environment in accordance with the emergency plan, promptly notify the workshop departments and individuals who may be affected, and promptly report to the environmental protection administrative department where the accident occurred, and accept investigation and handling.

4.4.6Establish and improve the company's hazardous waste records, and the Environmental Protection Department is responsible for archiving hazardous waste related information.

4.4.7Workshop departments and individuals who violate regulations and cause environmental pollution accidents will be held accountable depending on the severity of the situation.
