Information Disclosure System for Hazardous Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Responsibility
In order to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, and relevant laws and regulations, and protect the environment, a system for disclosing information on the responsibility for hazardous waste pollution prevention and control is specially formulated.
Article 1: The management of hazardous waste by the company shall comply with the requirements of laws, regulations, and relevant standards, and follow the work policy of "prevention first, prevention and control combined" in environmental protection.

Article 3: The General Manager of the company is the first person in charge of the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution, and bears comprehensive leadership responsibility for the environmental protection work of the entire company. Establish a hazardous waste pollution prevention and control leadership group led by the general manager to make decisions, supervise, and coordinate various environmental protection work of the company. Article 4: The hazardous waste generated by the company must be declared and registered in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, and standards.
Article 5: The hazardous waste generated by the company must be stored in the hazardous waste warehouse, and the construction of the hazardous waste warehouse shall comply with relevant standards and requirements.
Article 6: The collection, storage, and transfer of hazardous waste shall use packaging materials that meet the standards.
Article 7: The company has formulated a special plan for hazardous waste, which has been filed with the competent department.
Article 8: The hazardous waste warehouse shall be managed by a dedicated person, and all hazardous waste entering and leaving the warehouse shall be recorded in a ledger.
